Plastisol Ink Transfers
Plastisol is the industry workhorse delivering vivid colour, sharp detail and excellent opacity on cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Our plastisol transfers are engineered for consistent hot-split or cold-peel performance and hold colour integrity through 50+ wash cycles. Ideal for apparel, bags and accessories where bold, print-quality results are the priority.
Water-Based Eco Transfers
Water-based formulations deliver a softer hand-feel and a lower environmental footprint without sacrificing wash durability. They bond reliably to performance fabrics used in sportswear and activewear and are well-suited to brands with sustainability commitments. Zero-VOC and PFAS-free formulations are available within this technology pathway.
3D Silicone Transfers
3D silicone transfers add tactile dimension and a premium feel to logos, wordmarks and graphic elements. The raised, rubbery finish is highly elastic, making it the preferred choice for stretch sportswear, hosiery and footwear applications where flexibility is critical. Silicone transfers are also inherently soft-touch and comfortable against the skin.
TPU Transfers
Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) transfers combine a glossy, film-like aesthetic with excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including nylon, polyester, canvas and PU-coated materials. They are a strong choice for bags, luggage and footwear where a clean, modern brand mark is required. TPU delivers sharp edge definition and resists peeling under flex and abrasion.
DTF Digital Transfers
Direct-to-film (DTF) digital transfers bring full-colour photographic detail and fine gradient reproduction to heat transfer decoration. With no screen costs and no minimum colour restrictions, DTF is ideal for short runs, sample development and complex multi-colour artwork. Compatible with cotton, polyester, blends and performance fabrics with fast turnaround from digital file to finished transfer.
Laser-Cut Vinyl
Laser-cut vinyl delivers precision-cut shapes, letters and graphic elements with clean, exact edges that other processes cannot match. It is widely used on bags, accessories, footwear and outerwear where a premium, badge-like decoration is required. Available in a range of finishes including matte, gloss and metallic. PVC-free options are available.
Reflective Transfers
Reflective transfers are engineered for visibility and safety compliance on sportswear, workwear and outdoor apparel. They return light precisely under headlights and low-light conditions while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive appearance during daylight hours. Available as full-panel reflective or as a finish layer combined with other transfer types for dual-function decoration.
High-Density Transfers
High-density transfers build up a significant three-dimensional profile closer to an embossed or raised-rubber effect than a standard flat print. They are used on premium apparel, footwear and accessories where a tactile, sculptural brand mark communicates quality at retail. Engineered for consistent height and edge sharpness across bulk production runs.
Special Effects Transfers
Our special effects range includes metallic, foil, glitter, glow-in-the-dark, thermochromic and textured finishes each available as a standalone transfer or layered with other technologies for complex decorative results. Special effects are used by fashion apparel, accessories and footwear brands seeking distinctive seasonal decoration that stands out on-shelf and on-product.
